Demi Fine Jewellery
Our demi fine jewellery is covered by a 3 month warranty period from the date of purchase (or date of delivery for online orders).
If your demi fine jewellery is damaged or broken within this period and our team is unable to repair the product, we are pleased to offer a replacement at no additional cost, with a valid proof of purchase.
This warranty is only valid for manufacturing faults and defects, it does not cover general wear and tear or change of mind.
Molten Store does not take responsibility for lost jewellery.
Fine Jewellery
Our fine jewellery is covered by a 12 month warranty period from the date of purchase.
If your fine jewellery is damaged or broken within this period, you are entitled to the following services:
All fine jewellery purchases are eligible for one complimentary professional cleaning and rhodium plating service. Additional services are available at an extra cost.

Vintage Jewellery
We take great care in preserving the beauty and integrity of our vintage pieces. As with all vintage jewellery, natural signs of wear are part of its unique character and history.
Every vintage piece in our collection has been thoughtfully sourced and carefully evaluated by our experts. Where possible, we provide information on hallmarks, maker’s marks, or independent valuations.
Each piece undergoes a detailed assessment and restoration process before it is made available for purchase, ensuring it meets our high standards for second-hand fine jewellery. The condition of each piece is detailed and available at the time of purchase.
We offer one complimentary ring resizing within two months of purchase, within the reasonable capability of each piece (as determined by our jewellers).
