We are a local brand known for creating fine jewellery that tells a story. While bespoke services are an important part of what we offer, our boutique also showcases signature ready-to-wear designs, demi-fine jewellery and gifts.
At our James Street boutique, you’ll have the chance to help customers find pieces that are truly meaningful, all while working in a vibrant, design-focused environment. We believe in cultivating long-term relationships with our clients and supporting them with genuine, expert care.
About You
You might come from fine jewellery, high-end fashion, hospitality, or another client-first, consultative sales environment. Experience selling bespoke pieces is not a requirement. If you’re confident selling high-value products and coaching others to do the same, we’ll provide all the training you need to excel in this role.

In This Role, You Will:
Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets across both bespoke and ready-to-wear collections, including fine and demi-fine jewellery.
Collaborate with the Retail Performance Manager (RPM) to develop strategies that elevate boutique performance.
Deliver coaching and feedback, while conducting bi-annual performance reviews to support your team’s growth.
Refine the in-store customer journey to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and elevated shopping experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships through clientelling, fostering long-term loyalty with high-value clients.
Oversee boutique operations, including rostering, stock management, and payroll approvals.
