Yes, we cannot resize eternity bands, or bands with asymmetric shapes. We also do not recommend resizing rings with inlaid stones, such as pavé or channel set diamonds as the stones can become loose or misaligned. Please enquire about resizing if: your ring is engraved; your ring features detailing all the way around the band; the size you require is more than 5 sizes above or below the current size.
Our expert team will answer all your questions and give you advice on finding your most comfortable fit, then assist you in determining your most accurate size with a sizing gauge. Once your size is determined, the team will organise returning your ring to our studio for resizing.
If your ring is eligible for a resize, you will have the option to select your preferred size before checking out online. Please allow up to two weeks for your resize to be completed and your ring to be despatched.
If you would prefer to receive your ring sooner and claim your complimentary ring size later, you're welcome to proceed with your purchase and contact us within six months to arrange. At that time, we will arrange for your ring to be returned to our jewellery studio free of charge.
