The competition commences at 8:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), on the first day of each month, and ends at 11:59pm AEST on the final day of each month (Promotion Period). Entries submitted after this time, will fall into the following month's Promotion Period, whilst the competition is running.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18, except for employees and their immediate families of the Molten Store (Promoter) and its related companies. Immediate family means any of the following (whether natural, step or adopted): spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling or first cousin.
How to enter:
To participate in the competition, eligible entrants must, during the promotion period:
- submit a valid store rating review on https://www.moltenstore.com/pages/reviews or;
- submit a valid rating and review on any product page and;
- register their details including (but not limited to), full name and email address
All reviews must adhere to the terms of use for customer ratings and reviews.
Entrants may enter the competition multiple times, for each store or product review during the competition period. Each entry must be a unique rating/review.
The competition is considered a game of skill, and entrants are required to demonstrate skill, talent, creativity, and/or imagination in their review to compete.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid at the Promoter's absolute discretion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, lost, late or misdirected entries.
Prizes:
The prize for the competition is AUD $100 Molten Store credit, which will be delivered via email to the winner. The store credit may be used on one purchase, or across multiple purchases. Any unused portion of the prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
Winner selection:
There will be one (1) winner selected for each monthly competition.
The winner will be notified by email. By participating in the competition, entrants agree to allow the Promoter to use their review content for promotional purposes related to the competition.
The prize must be redeemed within 10 days of the winner's announcement. If the winner does not claim their prize within the prescribed time, then they will forfeit their prize and the prize will be awarded to the next eligible entry submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The prize will be valid for 3 months after the date of issue.
The winner will be determined by a judging panel at the offices of the Promoter on or after the 3rd day of the following month. The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to draw additional valid reserve entries in case of an invalid entry or where an ineligible entrant is drawn.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behaviour. If there is a dispute as to the identity or details of any entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the identity or details of that entrant. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into in relation to such decision or associated process.
